Take the terminal
wherever you trade
The same MT5 build, signed by MetaQuotes, for desktop and pocket. Install it on as many devices as you like — one account number signs in to all of them.
Why traders run MT5 here
One terminal, the whole DMA Capitals book. Currencies, metals, indices and share CFDs quote side by side, so a position in gold and a position in an index live in the same account rather than in two platforms that never speak. Underneath it sits the execution the rest of the site describes: tier-1 liquidity, pricing you can audit and fills measured in milliseconds.
Join over 150K+ tradersCharts that hold your method
Twenty-one timeframes and a workspace you arrange once and keep. Stack as many charts as your screen will carry and the layout comes back exactly as you left it.
Eighty-plus indicators, plus yours
The full analytical set ships with the terminal — oscillators, trend tools, drawing objects. When it runs out, the language underneath lets you write the one you actually wanted.
Strategies that run unattended
Hand a rule set to an Expert Advisor and it trades through the night. Test it against historical data first in the built-in tester, or write your own from scratch in MQL5.
The book behind the quote
Market Depth shows resting orders either side of the spread, so size and thinness are visible before you commit rather than after the fill.
Every order type you need
Market, pending, stop and trailing-stop, each carrying its own stop-loss and take-profit. Risk gets defined as the position opens, not remembered later.
One account, every screen
Positions, orders and history follow you between desktop, browser and phone. Set a trade up properly at a desk and manage it from a platform on the way home.

Practise on the real market
A demo account quotes exactly what a funded one does. The only difference is whose money is on the line.
You get a virtual balance against live pricing and live execution, which means the spread that widens at a news print widens for you too. Learn where everything sits in MT5, find out whether an idea survives contact with a moving market, and make the expensive mistakes while they are still free. When the results hold up, funding a live account takes a few minutes and your terminal barely changes.

Questions about MT5
What traders ask us most often before they connect the terminal to a DMA Capitals account.
Does the terminal cost anything?
No. MetaQuotes distributes MT5 free on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and we do not charge for the connection either. All you need on top of the download is a DMA Capitals account number, whether that is a funded one or a demo.
Should I choose MT5 or stay on MT4?
MT5 is the newer build and the one we recommend for a fresh start: more timeframes, a deeper indicator set, Market Depth, a built-in calendar and a much faster tester. The case for MT4 is a library of existing Expert Advisors — those are written against the older language and will not run on MT5 without being rewritten.
Are automated strategies allowed on a live account?
They are, with no extra permission and no separate account type. Write or buy an MQL5 Expert Advisor, attach it to a chart and it trades your account directly. Run it through the strategy tester on historical data first, and treat those results as a sanity check rather than a forecast.
Is my phone a separate account from my desktop?
No — one set of credentials covers every device. Sign in on a second device and your open positions, pending orders and full history are already there, so an analysis begun at a desk can be closed out from a phone.
What can I actually trade through it?
Currency pairs, precious metals, global indices and commodities, all quoted in the same terminal. Exactly which instruments appear in your Market Watch depends on the account type you opened — the account pages list them per tier.
How do I move from demo to live?
Open and fund the live account from your client area, then add it in the terminal under File → Open an Account and sign in with the new number. Nothing is deleted in the process: the demo stays on the same terminal, so you can keep testing beside your live positions.
