Verify your Account
Verification is three uploads. It is what lets us open a trading account for you and pay a withdrawal out, so it is the first thing worth doing after you register.
Method
Sign in to the client dashboard
Open your account dashboard.
Open Documents
Documents is in the side menu on the left. The screen lists what is still missing.
Upload the front of your ID
Passport, national ID card or driving licence — a photograph is fine as long as all four corners and every line of text are readable.
JPG, PNG or PDF. Nothing cropped, nothing covered, and no glare across the details.
Upload the back of your ID
The same document, other side. A passport page does not have one, so upload the photo page again if that is what you used.
Upload proof of address
A bank statement or a utility bill from the last three months, showing your name and the address on it.
Wait for the review
Each tile changes as it is checked, and the unverified notice at the top of the dashboard clears once all three are through.
If something comes back rejected, the reason is usually a corner out of frame or an address document that has aged past three months — a clearer photograph fixes most of it. Contact support if you are stuck on one.
