Make a Withdrawal
Withdrawing from DMA Capitals takes a few minutes in the client portal. You raise the request yourself, confirm it with a one-time code, and our accounts team approves it — within 24 hours, at no charge from us.
Method
Sign in to the client dashboard
Open your account dashboard.
Open Payments, then Withdraw
Payments is in the side menu on the left.
Add a payout method
If this is your first withdrawal, you need to pick the method first and fill in the details it asks for. Saved once, it is there every time after this.
Do this first. The Payment Method dropdown below stays empty until a method exists to put in it.
Choose the trading account
The first dropdown. If you run more than one account, this is where you pick which balance the money leaves.
Choose the payment method
The one you saved in step three. This is where the money is going, so it is worth a second look.
Enter the amount
In US dollars. The minimum is $10, and the form states the current maximum for a single request under the field.
Confirm with a one-time code
Choose how you want it — by email, or from your authenticator app if Google 2FA is on — then enter the code.
Proceed to Withdrawal
The request appears in your Withdrawal History at the bottom of the same screen, with its status against it.
Our accounts team approves requests within 24 hours. How long the money then takes to arrive depends on the method you chose. Your account needs to be verified before your first withdrawal, so it is worth uploading your documents early.
